Complete Harmony Massage in Marlton
Supporting Women’s Wellness through Every Stage of Life
Hi there! My name is Erin O’Neill, the owner and massage therapist of O’Neill Healing Massage. I have always believed in the mind, body, and soul connection. If one of these is unbalanced or diminished in some way, the three part harmony will be upset. Through my work as a massage therapist, my goal is to help you completely calm your mind and central nervous system, reconnect with your body, and produce feelings of peace and tranquility.
While I can’t necessarily affect your mind or soul, I can affect a second three-part harmony within your body — muscles, fascia, and the lymphatic system. I offer a combination of manual lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic and myofascial massage to help women achieve their version of wellness. I hope to support prenatal women through the stress and excitement of their pregnancies. For postpartum mothers who feel alone and unsure, I can provide complimentary treatments to help with breastfeeding and scar tissue healing. My hope is to help women of all ages handle the stresses of life.
Benefits of Massage for Wellness
-
Pain can negatively affect your quality of life and impede recovery from illness or injury. Many turn to opioids for pain relief, which carry a serious risk of addiction and many side effects. Massage can help ease pain caused by diseases like cancer and diabetes. It can also help relieve migraines, back pain, and neck pain — just to name a few.
-
Stress is so prevalent in today’s fast-paced world. A massage can reduce stress on physical and psychological levels. Massage stimulates the vagus nerve, the most noteworthy parasympathetic nerve in the body. When stimulated this nerve can cause total body relaxation and lower cortisol levels. Anxiety and depression can also be positively affected by massage.
-
Sleep is incredibly important for your overall well-being. Sleep allows the brain and body to slow down and recover. Massage can lead to higher levels of serotonin, your body’s feel good hormone, which also increases melatonin production. Melatonin can help regulate your circadian rhythm, which in turn can help you get a good night’s sleep.

There are two main types of circulation in the body, lymph and blood. When circulation is poor, conditions such as swelling, tightness, tension, and pain can become an issue. Massage can help redirect blood and lymph back to the lymph nodes and organs.
“Erin provides the most therapeutic and relaxing massage experiences. She listens carefully to concerns, and personalizes the session beautifully.”
